File Requirements & Sizing

To guarantee crisp, high-definition prints, all artwork must be submitted according to the following baseline specifications:

Resolution: All artwork must be exactly 300dpi at the final print size to ensure a crisp, high-definition result.

Accepted Formats: We accept .PSD, .EPS, .PDF, or high-quality .PNG files.

Backgrounds: Files must have a 100% transparent background. Any stray pixels or solid boxes will print. We offer background removal and artwork touch-ups for a small fee. Contact us for more information.

Colour Mode: Please supply all files in CMYK colour mode. We can accept RGB files, but due to the physical ink conversion process, colours may vary slightly from your screen to the final garment.

Print Methods & Sizing

Size Templates: We provide free artwork size templates setup for standard A4 and oversize 16x18" print areas, available for download to help you perfectly scale your graphics.

DTF Setup: For DTF prints, ensure all fine lines are bold enough for the adhesive powder to bind correctly, and avoid using soft, fading drop shadows which can create harsh edges.

DTG Halftoning: Highly detailed designs, smooth gradients, or semi-transparent fades intended for DTG printing must be properly halftoned. If your file is not print-ready, we offer a professional halftoning service for a small fee.

Copyright: By submitting artwork, you confirm that you own the rights or hold the proper commercial licenses for the designs. We are not liable for copyright infringement.

Print Liability: We print the files exactly as supplied. We cannot be held responsible for blurry prints resulting from customer-supplied low-resolution artwork.

Proofing: Please double-check all spelling, layout, and placement before submission, as the customer assumes all responsibility for errors present in the supplied files.
